Our manufacturing processes were developed by both American and Japanese technology. This ensures that our product will not crack, peel or flake when it used for different applications

Our main factory is equipped with an advanced Non Oxidizing Furnace (NOF) galvanizing line that is capable of continuous annealing. This process insures a consistent annealing of the steel while inside the furnace. In other words, this process continuously softens the steel so it can be formed to whatever use the customer may need to do

Furthermore, our plant can offer Value added services like Tension levelling, Recoiling, Slitting, Shearing and Roll forming. These are the reasons that made us the perfect choice for our customers. This coating layer is specifically developed to be used for all sorts of applications such as bending, roll forming and welding. This product can be further processed to be painted in a Color Coating Line. This value added process enhances the value and application of galvanized steel.
